Food here is cooked from the authentic recipes of the kitchens of Royal Houses from regions such as Champaran (Bihar), Awadh (Lucknow), Malwa (MP), and Marwad & Mewad (Rajasthan) !! The rocking specialities here are include 'Ahuna' the Champaran Ghosht (meat) that is cooked in a clay pot for more than 2 hours, Ravi Ranawat's signature dish Laal Maas, Junglee Aaloo, Susaa Aaloo, Tuar Daal, Nimona, Paneer Tikka, Palak Shikhampuri, Zameen ke Kebab, Gulab ki Kheer, Caramel Custard, etc. !! And there are some specialities which are served only here at this restaurant in Indore, Mutton Sula !!
