 "Super delicious taste of caramel cheese cake!"

Ultimate place to visit for those to have sweet tooth , they have varieties of pastries, cookies, chocolates, cupcakes. Mostly recommend Caramel Cheese-Cake. It is super delicious in taste.Value for money.

Awesome ambience, good food and excellent services. I had purchase chocolate truffle and Butter scotch cake, amazing taste, service was also good. They serves delicious tasting and exotic looking cakes in different and unique way.

 "WORST "
Worst experiance, I bought expensive baklava sweets to gift my father, He return the gifted box by saying the sweets are expired. I find it too. SHAME ON SUCH SERVICE. I had a sample piece, I'm going to raise this issue in food department and local authorities.

 "Delivered bad wedding Cake | Price Issue Also | Bad Management"
I heard all good about the cakes from this place and decided to order my wedding cake from here. It was my bad decision to have the cake from them on the very special occasion of my life. Management is really poor. What I have ordered and what I have received what too different. It was tiered cake and too the worst they have used white plastic cylindrical supports to make pillars.
I have selected traditional look wedding cake, wherein it was all red and decorated with golden keris, but instead of golden they have used yellow which gave it a more low category one and looked pathetic. 

Along with above mess, the owner and staff don't have tuning, They charged me more, don't know for what? but it was too much what we decided at the time of order and what we paid at the time of delivery.
The services and customer satisfaction is something cakes and kraft team cannot make it upto. :(
I suggest to think twice and be aware of any discussion with the owner to get it in written as they tend to forget and its we who ends up paying at the end.

Cakes n craft is one of those artsy and special places in Indore that surprise you every time you go there. 

Known for their excellent cheesecakes, this place makes great bakery foods and the cakes and cheesecakes are worth every penny.
