• Entries would not be accepted after 11:59 pm IST on day, May 22, 2016 ! The time-stamp on our email would be considered final !
• Photograph entries need to be submitted on indorerocks1@gmail.com ! Photographs sent on our other email IDs or other forms would be void !
• Participation in this contest is absolutely free !
• Renowned personality/personalities in the photography field will judge the entries ! The decision of the jury, formed for this purpose, will be final, without any jurisdiction !
• Photographs submitted must be photographer's original work ! You must be the creator/capturer of the photograph that you submit for the competition ! Your photograph must be your own original and not a copy of anyone else's copyrighted material ! If your image infringes upon another's copyright, it will be disqualified ! Upon submitting your work, to this competition, you are solely responsible for any infringement on copyrighted materials !
• By submitting the photograph on our email ID, you take responsibility that the photograph is your own creation, and not anyone else's !
• Indore Rocks would not be held liable for any infringement/violation of copyright rules !
• Please do not send photographs related to violence, adult or any unwanted themes !
• Your participation in the contest means you agree with the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy of www.IndoreRocks.com !
• This On-line Juried Photo Competition is open to all, irrespective of age, gender, profession, etc. !
• Repeat Entries: There is no restriction on entering photographs that have been entered to other previous competitions, anywhere in the world !
• An artist (photographer) may send in any number of entries !
• However, only one email ID is to be used per photographer ! Different photographer's from the same family/group/organisation, etc. would have to use different email IDs !
• Copyright: The photographer retains all copyrights to their work without exception !
• Non-exclusive Permissions: By entering this competition, you are granting us, www.IndoreRocks.com, a non-exclusive perpetual licence to reproduce images of your work on our  internet website, social-media platforms, in our newsletters, in the marketing of the competitions to the general public, and anywhere else we may deem it fit ! The images will not be used for any other purpose than that which is stated here ! All winning entries would be displayed on our website "www.IndoreRocks.com" ! Each entry becomes part of the public, historical / archival online contest catalogue !
• File Sizes and Formats: Your images must be best represented in high pixels and a clear resolution (high dpi) ! Blurred, hazy, unclear images will be void ! Acceptable file formats are: jpg, gif, png !
• • The prizes would be available for collection only from Indore Rocks !!! office at 303, Apollo Trade Centre, A. B. Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452 001, India ! The prizes would NOT be sent out to the winners, out of Indore, if any, via postal services, courier, etc. !
  • The value of the prizes (Silver & Brass coins) has been calculated as the market value of 999 purity Silver Coins and Nickel-Brass coins on April 25, 2016 ! 
  • Any person submitting the photographs for the contest must be a registered user on www.IndoreRocks.com, which is free of cost !

The Entry Process:

• Step 1. Register as a user on www.IndoreRocks.com with your email ID & mobile phone number, without any charges (totally FREE) !
• Step 2. With your registered email ID on our website, send us your photograph with the subject: IndoreRocks Kumbh Photo Contest ! Send in the title of the Photograph (if any) and your full name ! The details (name, email ID, address) must be the same as the ones entered in while creating the user account on our website (Step 1) !
• Step 3. The photographer would receive a confirmation email from us, in some time !

Judging Criteria:

• The submitted photograph should fit the theme of the competition !
• There should be creative interpretation of the subject/ theme !
• The photograph's must be related to the topics/ideas relating to Simhasth Kumbh 2016 Ujjain !
• Note: The quality of the images submitted will also play a role in the judging process ! It is best if the images submitted are no smaller than 600 pixels !
• Original Work: We reserve the right to request proof that your entry is your original photograph, clicked solely by you ! Non-compliance to this rule will be a disqualification of your entry !
• Multiple Submission: There are no restrictions to the number of contests an photographer can submit work to, nor the number of pieces they can submit !
• The decision of our judges would be final & binding on all !
• For the winners, it would be mandatory to show their respective government-issued photo IDs, while collecting the gifts, from our offices !
