The Government of Madhya Pradesh (MP) is organising the next Global Investors Summit (GIS) on 11th - 12th January, 2023 at Indore - the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh !! This mega event will aim to showcase the strengths and industrial prowess of Madhya Pradesh, and provide a global platform for interaction with Indian industry leaders, heads of states, policy makers, investors, and other stakeholders !!
GIS 2023 at Indore on January 11 and 12, 2023, would be a great boost to already-strong investment momentum in the state !! Many of the leading captains of Global & Indian industry would be attending the summit and are expected to announce their mega investments !! Hon'ble Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his ministers and bureaucrats would be personally attending to all investors at the summit !! All invitees would also the attend the welcome dinner on January 11, 2023 !!
Exhibition area would also be set up with booths of various leading companies already operating in Madhya Pradesh, similar to last year where the participants were TATA International, Bharat Petroleum, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, NHDC, John Deere, Mittal Group, MP Tourism, IDA, AKVN, etc. !!
India's leading industrialists coming to Indore for the GIS !!
Gearing up for the Global Investors Summit 2023, the Industries department has made sure that availability of land is not a constraint when the state government rolls out the red carpet for investors in the GIS !! The Indore region is all set to get around 1,000 acres land in 10 new industrial areas !! Development of Rudhi-Bhavsinghpura (Khandwa), Apparel Park/ Pharmaceutical cluster (Betma), Namkeen cluster (Sanwer Road), and Ujjaiyini (Ujjain) industrial area, gems & jewellery park, are already in the process !!
Development work is in progress for basic amenities like roads, water, and power supply at Rudhi-Bhavsinghpura and Ujjaini !! Significantly, the cluster coming up at Ujjaiyini would be meant for the industrial units falling in non-polluting category !!
The tenders for developmental works are to be floated by AKVN Indore for Apparel Park, Pharma Cluster and Namkeen Cluster !! In addition to these five already under-construction industrial zones, the industries department has given the nod to five more industrial areas - Sardarpur (Dhar), Bamnia (Jhabua), Rehta- Kharkot (Burhanpur) and a multi-product industrial area in Barwani !! The industrial area in Burhanpur would be dedicated for the power-loom and hand-loom units of the district !!
All of these events of the GIS are to be held at the Brilliant Convention Centre !!
