1. Cleanse your liver on daily basis
LIVER is the most important organ for detoxification !! 

Take one fourth teaspoon of cinnamon powder in warm lemon water as a powerful medium to help detox the liver !! Keeping your liver healthy is the key to enhancing your immune system !!

2. Keep a close watch on your GUT health
Gut is the second brain, it determines the onset of various diseases !! Lay emphasis on taking pre and pro-biotics !! Medicated pre and pro-biotics are available over the counter (OTC) !! Example: Enterogermina, Capsule Prepro, Providac, etc. !!

3. Sri Sri Shakti and Tulsi Drops
Take the Sri Sri Shakti 3 drops, twice a day !! And Tulsi drops - 10 to 15 drops, twice a day !! This will be a powerful immune booster !!

4. Have Alkaline Juices & Water
