CakeSmith's Alley serves beautiful (and delicious) desserts, designer cakes, huge variety of bakery products, and some snacks too, in a unique way - it has an open kitchen !! It is the first bakery in Indore to have an open kitchen !! Chef Deepak, who's also the owner, presents his desserts in very creative ways, right up to the international standards, and can present the same dish in a variety of ways !! Now, that's real creativity !!
Some of his creative designer desserts are Chocolate creme brûlée, no bake cheesecake, Lemongrass infused White chocolate tart surprise, Chocolate torte with strawberry sabayon and marshmallow, Trio of chocolate, etc !!
Chef Deepak has worked as Patisserie Chef in some of the leading resorts of the world in the Caribbean Islands !! He now gets his expertise in bakery to all of us in Indore !! And he claims that if there isn'y any bakery item on the menu, he can certainly make it for you !! We like that !!
Also, the CakeSmith's Alley would soon start firing its wood-fired oven so that you could enjoy delicious pizzas, along with the designer bakes, and sip some good coffee !! That's a rocking place in the making !!
