Rules & Regulations:
- Age limit of applicants should be between the ages of 20-28 on or before 30/4/2017. Any false entry with age shall be rejected
- This is an individual recognition program(not for a group)
- The innovation should be minimum 2 years old with 3 document proofs to see the legitimacy of the project
- Innovation should involve use of technology.
