You would need to write, draw, paint, or include by other means, the words ‘Jai Hind’ and ‘Indore Rocks  !!!’ in your artwork !! These words need to be a part of the main artwork and must be visible to the naked eye !!

• Non-exclusive Permissions: By entering this art competition, you are granting us a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork on our  internet website, social-media platforms, and in our newsletters, and in the marketing of the competitions to the general public ! Each entry becomes part of the public, historical / archival online contest catalog !
• File Sizes and Formats: Your images must be best represented in high pixels and a clear  resolution (high dpi) ! Blurred, hazy, unclear images will be void ! The acceptable file formats are: jpg,gif,png !
• An artist may send in any number of entries !
• However, only one email ID is to be used per artist ! Different artists from the same family/group/organisation, etc. would have to use different email IDs !

The Entry Process:

• Step 1. Register as a user on www.IndoreRocks.com with your email ID & mobile phone number, without any charges (totally FREE) !
• Step 2. With your registered email ID on our website, send us the image of your artwork with the subject: IndoreRocks  Online  Art Contest ! Send in the title of the artwork (if any) and your full name ! The details (name, email ID, address) must be the same as the ones entered in while creating the user account on our website (Step 1) !
• Step 3. The artist would receive a confirmation email from us, in some time !

Judging Criteria:

• The submitted artwork should  fit the theme of the competition !
• There should be creative interpretation of the subject/ theme !
• The artworks must be related to the topics/ideas relating to Indore !
• Note: The quality of the images submitted will also play a role in the judging process ! It is best if the images submitted are no smaller than 600px !
• Original Work: We reserve the right to request proof that your entry is your original artwork created solely by you ! Non-compliance to this rule will be a disqualification of your entry !
• Multiple Submission: There are no restrictions to the number of contests an artist can submit work to, nor the number of pieces they can submit !
• The decision of our judges would be final & binding on all !
